alphabets (A alpha, B bravo, C charlie, etc.), available on the WWW
at <http://www.bckelk.uklinux.net/menu.html> (update 2005 Jan 11). For comic
alphabets (A for 'orses, B for mutton, C for yourself, etc.), see
Eric Partridge, Comic Alphabets, Routledge & Paul, 1961. There's
one at [...].
